Outside the Office
Caryne’s passion for adventure and her willingness to “try anything at least once” continually keeps her young at heart--and sometimes a bit bruised up. Dogsledding in the Arctic, bungee jumping off of Victoria Falls on the border of Zambia and Zimbabwe, heli-paragliding in British Columbia and exploring the Amazon in Brazil are a few of her favorite memories. When she’s not checking things off her travel bucket list, you’ll find her relaxing with her husband and two children at their cabin.
CARYNE KINNE - CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Caryne is an entrepreneurial integrator who has spent over twenty years leading operations for software organizations, including recent positions such as the Chief Operating Officer for Paisley, VP of Client Services for Thomson Reuters, and Chief Operating Officer for Scrimmage.
She brings dedication to the customer, a focus on operational efficiency and scalability and her commitment to company growth to Align. Caryne holds a B.S. in Business Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and a M.S. in Business Education from New York University. She is an integrator at heart and a dedicated proponent of the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) methodology.
